Deep beneath the ocean, Razorcoil drifts silently through the darkness, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Its long, razor-lined tentacles can surround prey from every direction, making escape almost impossible. Few creatures have ever seen Razorcoil and lived to tell the story.

Behind the Artwork
I wanted this creature to feel like a dangerous predator hiding in the darkest parts of the ocean. I gave it lots of long, curling tentacles with sharp teeth because I imagined it using them to grab and trap its prey. I added the little fish beside it to show that it’s hunting, and I used the dark background to make it feel like it’s deep underwater. I wanted Razorcoil to look scary, but still like a creature that could actually exist somewhere in the abyss.
